Has for years been a place of learning for the inhabitants of East Cowes and has produced some of the finest sporting teams within the school circuit. During my years at the school 1952 - 1958 I was a member of the football team, winning both the football cup and the league cup in the same year - (The proof still hangs in the hall of fame) see photo below. I can also clearly remember the whole team being treated to a day out at the Blue Lagoon Sandown, a reward for our achievements.
